Lakeshore Village Master Plan

A comprehensive waterfront mixed-use masterplan featuring mid-rise buildings with green roofs arranged around a public promenade, marina, and parks. The plan creates a walkable, sustainable community connected to Lake Ontario.

The design process began with a deep understanding of the site and its context — the movement of light through the day, the relationship to neighbouring structures, and the rhythms of the people who would inhabit the space. Every material choice, spatial proportion, and threshold was considered as part of a coherent whole.

Working closely with the client through an iterative design-build process, we were able to maintain design intent from concept through construction — ensuring that what was imagined is precisely what was built.
